Ganesha is seated on a lotus flower, where a mouse—his distinctive mount—can also be seen. He has four arms; the upper ones hold a cobra and an ankus, an instrument used to control an elephant. The lower ones hold a rosary and a dagger, which Ganesha, who has a fondness for it, grasps with his trunk.
